Last Week
Time is truly going by so fast and we are learning so many new things in Pre-K! This past week our focus was on mammals. We discovered what it means to be a mammal and some interesting facts about them. Ask your children what their favorite mammals are and what determines if something is a mammal or not. These kiddos are so smart!!
This Week
This week we will be discussing all things Easter. We will talk about Jesus and his death, burial and resurrection. We will also be discussing New Life and how in the spring everything is new and coming alive again! This is a wonderful time for the children to experience nature and God’s beautiful creation! You are invited to attend our St. Michael Derby Parade on Wednesday, April 30th from 10:15 to 11:30. Please come dressed in your Derby attire! Each student will need to decorate a stick horse at home, and bring it to school no later than Thursday, April 24th. Examples of stick horses have been posted on St. Michael Facebook page, or you can google DIY stick horses. Please speak with Ms. Erica if you have any questions or concerns. We can’t wait to see you then!!
