Vacation Bible School

2026 Vacation Bible School - June 7-11, 2026.

In 2026, St. Michael and St. Francis Xavier will be partnering with our friends at Holy Family Catholic Church to offer Totus Tuus! Daytime activities, for children in Pre-School (age 4) through Grade 6, will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church in New Albany. Evening activieies, for youth in Grades 6-12, will be hosted here at St. Michael Catholic Church. Registration will open on March 24, 2026.

Volunteers for Pre-K/K & Elementary
Activities for Pre-K4 through Grade 6 will take place at Holy Family Catholic Church. These activities are from 8:45-11am for PreK4-K and 8:45am-2:30pm for Grades 1-6. This will be very similar to a traditional VBS, with the kids in groups, rotating between stations each day. Grades 1-6 will attend Mass each day and will have an opportunity to go to confession. Volunteers for Youth Nights
The Middle/High Youth Nights (Grades 6-12) actually start on Sunday night and will take place at St. Michael. They will be from 6:45-9 pm each night and will be similar in format to the NET Retreats that we hosted two years ago at St. Michael. The 4 Totus Tuus Missionaries will facilitate all activities. Thursday night will be a social night, not a retreat night. We will need a few adults there each night to help with snacks, small groups, and to chaperone. Meals for Totus Tuus Missionaries
Our deanery is responsible for housing the missionaries. The girls will be staying with Nancy Kinder and the boys will be staying with Ann & Dan Cristiani (Thank you Nancy, Ann, & Dan!!!). Hosts provide the team with breakfast each morning, but we need volunteers to provide Lunch (Ready to eat, delivered to Holy Family by noon each day) and Dinner (at your home or a nearby restaurant) each day.
